With thousands of events under of experience belt, we have come across some great stories along the way and are always glad we can help out, especially when a customer is in a bind.

Last fall, we had a couple who had recently adopted a little girl. She was planning on having a large number of guest over to celebrate their new little one and wanted to rent a few things. She ended up getting a combo bounce house, two tents with tables, chairs, lighting and sides. She was worried about it all fitting in her yard, but we gave her dimensions of everything and she could plan out exactly how she wanted to arrange it and still have some extra room. Everything was set up the day before and all of her guests were so amazed at how great everything looked!

Bounce House Rentals in Chicopee MA has had a repeat customer since the very beginning of business. She rents a waterslide during the week every year on the last day of school for her daughter. When we first stated doing her party, only about 10 kids would come, but now, five years later. She has almost the entire grade coming to her end of the year party and has starting renting concession machines as well to keep the kids busy all day long!

We love doing events for charities and other events for the community. We recently did a bounce house for the Autism walk and the kids just had a blast. It was great entertainment for the kids doing the walk as well as the volunteers there! We even left it to them a little past their event time so that the volunteers could enjoy it!

About a week before their event, a local YMCA had called wanted to rent a joust/bungee run combo from Bounce House Rentals in Chicopee MA. Luckily, we had one available to deliver to them that Saturday. A few days later, which was only 2 days before their event, they realized that they were expecting more people than they anticipated so they decided to rent a bounce house as well. Because they were renting two units from us, we gave them a great package deal and they could not have been happier!
